Policies, Terms & Student Agreement

Please review all policies, agreements, disclosures, and training terms before enrolling, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any House De Lashes LLC course, class, or program.

By enrolling, submitting payment, signing electronically, or attending class, you acknowledge and agree to all policies and terms outlined below.

Training & Education Policy

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in this policy.

Limited-capacity seating: Class sizes are intentionally small to ensure personalized instruction and hands-on learning.

Payment plans:To begin enrollment the deposit is required. Students using a private payment plan like Thrive Cart, may secure their seat once their payment arrangement requirements have been completed. 

Arizona Board-approved programs: Select courses are approved by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology for licensing purposes.

Theory and hands-on training: Students will receive both theoretical education and practical application training.

Student responsibility: Students are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and maintain professionalism throughout the program.

Licensing guidance disclaimer: House De Lashes LLC provides training and education but does not guarantee licensing approval, employment, or business success.

Student Refund Policy & Procedures

House De Lashes LLC is committed to maintaining clear, fair, and professional refund procedures for all students enrolled in educational programs, courses, workshops, and training services.

This policy outlines refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, transfer requests, and administrative review processes.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in this policy.

Deposits are non-transferable. Deposits cannot be applied to future courses or transferred to another individual.

Missed classes do not qualify for refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, no refund or credit will be provided.

Failure to attend scheduled training without prior communication may affect refund eligibility!

Rescheduling: House De Lashes LLC may offer rescheduling only at its sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Payment plans: All payment plan agreements must be completed according to the agreed terms. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program without refund.

1. Policy Acknowledgment
By enrolling in any course or program offered by House De Lashes LLC, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Student Refund Policy & Procedures document.

2. Cancellation Requests
Students requesting cancellation from a course or program must submit the request in writing.


Cancellation requests should include:
● Student full name
● Program enrolled in
● Date of request
● Reason for cancellation

3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests, if applicable, may be reviewed under the following conditions:
Before Class Begins Tuition payments made beyond any non-refundable deposit may be eligible for partial refund review if cancellation occurs prior to the first scheduled class date.

Administrative fees, registration fees, payment processing fees, or reserved seating costs may be deducted when applicable.

After Training Has Begun Once a student has:
● attended class,
● received course materials,
● received a student kit,
● accessed proprietary educational content,
● participated in hands-on training,
● or occupied a reserved seat in class,
refund eligibility may be reduced or denied based on:
● instructional hours completed,
● materials received,
● administrative costs,
● and services already rendered.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:
● Deposits
● Student kits
● Digital materials
● Downloadable manuals
● Lash products or supplies
● Opened or used products
● Registration fees
● Shipping fees
● Private training sessions already completed
● Missed class time due to student absence
● Promotional or discounted enrollment offers unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Student Transfers & Rescheduling
House De Lashes LLC may allow students to transfer to another class date depending on
availability.


Transfer requests:
● must be submitted in writing,
● may be subject to transfer fees,
● and are not guaranteed.


Failure to attend scheduled classes without communication may result in forfeiture of tuition and enrollment.

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by House
De Lashes LLC

House De Lashes LLC reserves the right to:
● reschedule classes,
● modify schedules,
● or cancel programs due to emergencies, low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances,
safety concerns, or operational needs.

If House De Lashes LLC cancels a class and rescheduling is not possible, students may be offered:
● transfer to another date,
● store credit,
● or refund consideration at management discretion.

7. Refund Review Procedure
If a refund request is submitted:
1. Management will review the request and supporting information.
2. Tuition records, attendance, materials received, and training completed will be
evaluated.
3. A written determination will typically be provided within fourteen (14) business days.
Approved refunds, if applicable, may be issued through the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or financing provider.

8. Abandonment or Withdrawal
Students who discontinue attendance, fail to communicate, or voluntarily withdraw from training after beginning the program may not be eligible for refunds.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Students agree to contact House De Lashes LLC directly regarding billing concerns prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with financial institutions.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

● collections activity,
● denial of future services,
● removal from training programs,
● or legal action when applicable.

10. Non-Discrimination Statement
House De Lashes LLC does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any protected status under applicable federal or Arizona law.

11. Policy Updates
House De Lashes LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and educational standards.

Student Grievance Policy

House De Lashes LLC is committed to providing a professional, respectful, supportive, and non-discriminatory educational environment for all students enrolled in our programs.

Students have the right to express concerns or file grievances regarding any aspect of their educational experience without fear of retaliation.


This policy establishes procedures for addressing and resolving student concerns in a fair, timely, and professional manner.

1. Non-Discrimination Statement
House De Lashes LLC does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any protected status under applicable federal or Arizona law.

All students are entitled to equal access to educational opportunities, services, and grievance procedures.

2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide students with a formal process to report concerns, complaints, or disputes related to:
● Instruction or training
● Classroom environment
● Student conduct
● Discrimination or harassment
● Safety and sanitation concerns
● Program policies or procedures
● Refund disputes
● Equipment or kit concerns
● Scheduling issues
● Instructor or staff concerns

3. Informal Resolution
Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve concerns informally by discussing the matter directly with the instructor or management team.

House De Lashes LLC will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns professionally, respectfully, and promptly.

4. Formal Grievance Procedure
If the concern cannot be resolved informally, the student may submit a formal written grievance.


The written grievance should include:
● Student full name
● Phone number and email address
● Date of incident
● Detailed description of the concern
● Names of individuals involved (if applicable)
● Supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)

6. Timeframe for Submission
Formal grievances should be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the incident or concern whenever possible.

7. Review Process
Upon receipt of a formal grievance:
1. House De Lashes LLC will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within five (5) business days.
2. Management will review all submitted information and may request additional
documentation or meetings if necessary.
3. An investigation will be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner.
4. A written response or resolution decision will typically be provided within fourteen (14) business days depending on the complexity of the matter.

House De Lashes LLC will make every reasonable effort to resolve grievances fairly, professionally, and in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

8. Non-Retaliation Policy
House De Lashes LLC prohibits retaliation against any student who files a grievance in good faith.

Students may submit concerns without fear of discrimination, intimidation, harassment, or adverse consequences related to their enrollment or participation in the program.

9. Professional Conduct Expectations
All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout the grievance process.


Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, instructors, or other
students may result in disciplinary action.

10. Policy Updates
House De Lashes LLC reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and educational standards.

11. Policy Acknowledgment
By enrolling in any course or program offered by House De Lashes LLC, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Student Grievance Policy.

These policies are publicly available and provided to students prior to enrollment.

Minor Student Requirements

Parent/guardian consent required: Students under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to enroll and participate.

Educational documentation: Minor students may be required to provide proof of enrollment in an accredited educational institution or homeschool program.

Legal identification: Government-issued identification may be required for verification purposes.

Arizona Board requirements: Minor students must meet all Arizona State Board of Cosmetology requirements for enrollment in board-approved programs.

Liability Waiver

Voluntary participation: I understand that participation in training, classes, and hands-on practice may involve risks including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, eye irritation, injury, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents.

Assumption of risk: I voluntarily participate at my own risk and release House De Lashes LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability.

No responsibility for outcomes: House De Lashes LLC is not responsible for student services performed on clients, injuries sustained during training, client satisfaction, business outcomes, transportation incidents, lost or stolen items, or licensing denials by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.

Confidentiality & Non-Sharing Agreement

Proprietary materials: All training materials, manuals, techniques, and educational content provided by House De Lashes LLC are proprietary intellectual property.

No sharing or reproduction: Students may not share, copy, reproduce, record, photograph, or distribute any training materials, manuals, or educational content.

No recording: Recording of classes (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without written permission.

No reselling: Students may not resell, reproduce, or teach House De Lashes LLC training methods without written authorization.

Violation consequences: Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

Photo, Video & Social Media Release

Media consent: I understand that House De Lashes LLC may photograph or record classes, students, models, lash sets, and classroom activities for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

Usage rights: I grant House De Lashes LLC permission to use photos, videos, and content featuring me or my work for social media, advertising, marketing, website content, or educational materials.

No compensation: I waive any rights to compensation for the use of my image or work in promotional materials.

Anonymity request: If you prefer not to be featured in promotional content, please notify us in writing.

These policies are publicly available and provided to students prior to enrollment.

Student Conduct Policy

Professional behavior: Students must behave respectfully and professionally at all times during training.

Disruptive behavior: Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Sanitation standards: Students must maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards as taught in the program.

Respect for instructors and peers: Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism.

Curbside Check-In / Pickup Policy

Online payment required: All orders must be placed and paid for online before curbside check-in or pickup.

Curbside check-in does not replace checkout: Customers must complete their purchase online prior to arrival.

Order confirmation required: Customers must provide order confirmation upon arrival for pickup.

Pickup hours:

  • Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Arrival notification: Customers may notify the team when they arrive for pickup by calling or texting the provided contact number.

Arizona Licensing Information

Board-approved programs: Select courses offered by House De Lashes LLC are approved by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology for licensing purposes.

Licensing requirements: Students are responsible for understanding and meeting all Arizona State Board requirements for licensure.

No guarantee of approval: House De Lashes LLC does not guarantee licensing approval by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.

Student responsibility: It is the student's responsibility to submit all required documentation and applications to the Arizona State Board in a timely manner.
