House De Lashes is an Arizona-approved training provider offering a professional Eyelash Technician Licensing Program.
Eligible applicants may be able to receive funding through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, also known as WIOA, to help cover all or part of their tuition.
Funding is not guaranteed. Eligibility and the amount of assistance available are determined by a WIOA career counselor.

Who May Qualify for WIOA Funding?
WIOA eligibility is determined individually by a career counselor. Applicants may include:
- Individuals interested in beginning a new career
- Unemployed or underemployed individuals
- Some low-income households
- Veterans and eligible spouses
- Individuals receiving certain forms of public assistance
- Young adults who meet youth-program requirements
- Other applicants who qualify under local WIOA guidelines
House De Lashes cannot determine eligibility or approve WIOA funding.

Your career counselor may ask you to complete an application and provide documents related to your:

If you are approved, WIOA may pay all or part of your eligible tuition directly to House De Lashes. Students are responsible for any remaining balance or expenses that are not authorized by WIOA.

- House De Lashes cannot approve funding or guarantee eligibility.
- Funding availability may depend on local policies, current priorities and available funds.
- Do not register or submit a nonrefundable class payment until your advisor explains how your funding process should be handled.
- Approval for training funding is separate from approval for an Arizona Eyelash Technician License.
