Product Return & Refund Policy

At House De Lashes LLC, we are committed to providing high quality professional lash products. Due to the sanitary nature of our beauty products, we have the following return policy.

Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

Due to sanitation and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on beauty products once they have left our facility. 
-Lash trays
-Adhesives
-Primers
-Bonders
-Cream removers
-Tweezers
-Lash tools and accessories
-Opened or used products
-Clearance items
-Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the item(s)
-Photos of the shipping box and packaging 
-Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly replace any damaged, defective, or incorrect item at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges
Are non-refundable unless the shipment error was caused by House De Lashes LLC
